Functional

Only a couple of rounds, getting the hang of it, there is a short learning curve. Quality product, easy and responsive with battery charging every 2-3 rounds which is nice because the battery needs to be removed to charge…hand remote after each round.
I did try the Q follow few years ago, too quickly, not as smooth although if ever refined the follow function is cool..
So far so good…

Can't talk to Customer Service

Had an immediate problem with the Smartpower app on my iPhone - have been unable to get a human on the line or get the problem fixed. Spent over $2K of my hard earned dollars and the Customer Service is perhaps the worst I've seen in my 65 years...

The verdict is still out

I want to give this cart 5 plus stars!! But on its first outing it died on hole 9. :0(
So my husband brought it home and charged it again and is looking to take it back out and crossing his fingers it makes the 18 hole round..He was so excited to see all the boxes that came for him I just pray we made the right choice. He’s going to try again. :0)

Great Product

I had been researching various remote carts and this kept coming up on the top of each list. Glad I purchased the Vertx as it is very user freindly, simple to set up, the remote is easy to use, battery so far has held up without an issue and very compact to store. My course is hilly and it is able to take the hills without a problem, the middle wheels to stop it from falling backwards which is a huge help. One issue is my bag was a bit top heavy so it kept riding on two wheels but with my other bag it is balanced well!
