How long does it take for my cart to be serviced?
Typically, the longest part of the process is the shipping, as this will differ depending on where you are residing. Once the service has began, this can take our engineers a couple of days to complete, before returning the cart back to you. Please note that this is subject to change depending on the engineers availability. 

What is the difference between the Q Follow and Q Follow Carbon Range?

The main difference between the Q-follow standard carbon (Onyx) and the carbon range is that you can select from various carbon colours. The carbon range is only available with the Max battery.

Does the handset and battery charger come as standard or do I need to purchase these separately?

No need to buy separately: the battery charger and handset charger come included in the purchase of any cart (new or refurbished).

How long does a standard capacity battery last for?

A Base (230Wh) SmartPower battery on a normal course, we took the average over 600 rounds in every imaginable different weather and course conditions with a 14kg bag, we found this uses on average  (135Wh) per round.

How long does the extended capacity battery last for?

Can I improve the battery life?

Yes, there are a number of things you can do:

• Don’t overload your golf bag.

• Steering is a big source of power consumption, so use Remote steering and Follow less, if you want to conserve energy.

• Accelerate slowly, in the same way you would in a car if you were trying to be efficient.

Be sure to download the free smartphone app, this will allow you to measure exactly how much power you use on your round, and try different variables to see how much difference it makes. 

Can the height of the handle be adjusted on our carts?

No: the handles on our carts cannot be adjusted. Our main purpose is to provide easy, hands-free golfing so you can focus more on your game rather than transporting your clubs- your personal cart will take care of this for you.

What is the cost of shipping ship and how long does it take?

Free Delivery over $500. We ship from Houston, TX: shipping time is dependent on location but varies between 3 to 5 days. All orders will be shipped using a fully tracked service with UPS. You will be contacted by UPS with the tracking information.

Can I see the carts in person?

Due to the niche nature of our carts, we do not have any retailers who stock them, however if you are local to our Houston warehouse, we will be happy to work with you to schedule an appointment. Please use the Contact Us Form if you would like to arrange this with our team.  Alternatively, with our flexible 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, customers can purchase a cart and test it out on their golf course to see if it is the right fit for them. If the cart is not suitable for your game, a hassle-free return can be requested at any time within the 30-days, with a 10% restocking fee. Do you ship internationally?

We only ship inside the United States from this location. We have a great team of international distributers that will be able to help if you reside outside of the United States; please see our international distributers list.

How should I clean my cart?

After your round, clear grass, leaves and dust etc from the machine using a soft cloth/brush or compressed air. Clean your cart using standard furniture polish and a soft cloth. NEVER use water or a pressure washer to clean your cart: faults caused by water ingress will not be covered by the warranty. Water cannot enter the motors or electronics in normal use.

Is it OK to use my cart in the rain?

Yes. Our carts are designed for use in all conditions appropriate for golf. All of our models are designed to provide protection to the major components from rain, so water ingress cannot occur during normal use. You should avoid any situation where moisture or water could reach the electronics or motors. Some examples of this are:

• Driving through puddles or standing water.

• Submerging the machine in a river or lake.

Faults caused by water ingress will not be covered under the warranty
