What is the difference between the Signature Range X10 and Standard X10?
The external covers to the signature range are dipped and wrapped creating a limited edition custom finish to the product.
What's included in the purchase of an X Series cart?
Cart, handset and battery (including chargers). Free ball holder and scorecard holder.
Does the handset and battery charger come as standard or do I need to purchase these seperately?
No need to buy separately: the battery charger and handset charger come included in the purchase of any X10.
How long does a standard capacity battery last for?
Standard batteries will do a minimum of 18 holes off a fully charged battery.
How long does the extended capacity battery last for?
The extended capacity battery is designed for longer and more hilly golf courses and cannot guarantee 36 holes.
Can the height of the handle be adjusted on an X10?
No: the X10 handle can't be adjusted and is at a height of 37in.
Can the height of the handle be adjusted on an R1-S?
Yes: the handle height can be adjusted using the pivot lock moulding on the right side of the main support.
What is the cost of shipping ship and how long does it take?
Free Delivery over $299. We ship from Clearwater, FL: shipping time is dependant on location but varies between one and six days.
Please could you let me know the nearest retailer to me as I would like to see an X10 in person?
Due to the niche nature of our carts, we do not have any retailers who stock them. Customers can return unused products in 30 days: if they are used then there is a 25% restocking fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship inside the United States from this location, but our parent company in the UK ships internationally. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Is the Stewart Golf umbrella UV protected?
Yes, the Stewart Golf umbrella is UV protected.
