Our 'Approved Refurbished' carts are supplied with a minimum 12-month warranty.
Stewart Golf makes incredible Trolleys and have excellent customer service if needed. These Trolleys are called "DREAM MACHINES" for a reason, they are absolutely incredible and I've loved mine for many years. Hands down the best golf investment I've ever made but you need to walk and if you do you'll definitely get your moneys worth. Stewie is an excellent caddie!
I bought my Q Follow (36 Hole Battery) Refurbished 3 years ago and absolutely love it. Since then I've put about 320 rounds on it and have only had one issue recently where the follow mode stopped working towards the end of my round so I'll be sending it in shortly to get repaired. It's so nice to be hands free during a round so you can eat and drink while walking to your ball which is so freeing.
I was the first person to have a Q Follow at my home course and now there are 5 of us. Additionally, it takes about 7-8 hours to fully charge the Battery and about 2 hours to fully charge the remote. If you're golfing on a flat course you can almost get 43 holes on one charge but typically you'll have about 8-10% charge remaining after 36 holes unless you're golfing at some EXTREMELY Sloped Courses. My Q Follow only died on me once in the middle of the 18th fairway during a very extreme test where we walked about 18miles and had about 10 or 11 hours of run time. If the trolley battery dies, it is very easy to flip the tires to neutral mode but is a bit heavier compared to a push cart but nothing too crazy.
If you have limited space in your vehicle, this trolley folds up almost as small as a standard push cart so you wont need to worry about transport and be sure to take the battery out of the trolley when you are folding it up to lighten the weight (~4-5Ibs) when loading it in your vehicle. The Trolley with the battery attached still only weighs about 40Ibs.

I've played 9 rounds so far with my caddie. It everything you hope it would be. The follow technology actually works much better than I hoped for. I use that about half the time. I played Bethpage Black and that's when I truly appreciated its capabilities. Its a tougher walker than many of the courses we play. It had more than enough power to deal with the terrain and the step slopes. Obviously there was a learning curve, but I got it down now. Makes the walk way more enjoyable!

I received wheels and tires and a cupholder but no caddy. Emailed three times and have yet to receive a response no tracking for item.

I’ve been very satisfied with my Q-Follow electric cart overall. It’s a well-designed, high-quality product that’s made a real difference in my golf experience. I did run into a small issue initially, but Stewart Golf’s customer service was outstanding—they resolved it quickly and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my cart. Their support really gave me confidence in the brand. Since then, the Q-Follow has performed flawlessly. Highly recommended!

This is my second Q Follow - yes, they are that good. Did not want to walk in Canada, and have to ride in Arizona and Indian Wells.
I have discovered a few things:
1. Sometimes the cart will stop following. Make sure you press the green button within 3' of the cart, and if all else fails, reboot the Bluetooth, or reboot the whole cart and handset. My previous cart required a second handset as the first one was glitchy.
2. If you use the glide stop (orange button), and then start walking again, the automatic braking on a downhill does not work well. Stewart has crashed into my legs on several occasions. Just press the red button after the cart has stopped, and then once you press the green button to activate follow, the auto braking is normal.
3. Similar to 2. above, if you use glide stop and then start steering the cart with the right and left buttons, the arc of steering is VERY slow. Again, just press the red button after the cart has stopped, and then once you press the green button to activate follow, the normal tight steering arc is reactivated.
4. Batteries need a few discharges and recharges to get to maximum efficiency. Highly recommend getting the higher capacity battery.
5. Stewart USA Customer Service ultimately came through, but service was spotty, erratic, and slow. Please can we have a live agent or two to talk to??
