I purchased a 36 hole battery and it only lasted 27 holes. Like another follow brand I had, I wonder if the follow drains the battery a little bit more. I also noticed the front tires were slightly pealing on the edges after 2 1/2 rounds. But everything else is great. 👍🏾

I've had my refurbished Q-Follow for a couple of weeks now and have made 4 trips around my moderately hilly home course. I think the trade off for some scratches/gouges on the frame are worth the discount for the refurbished status, but the disappointing Bluetooth performance has me thinking otherwise. The battery appears to be brand, but won't communicate with either (android/apple) version of the app. It's kinda tough to gauge the charge level of the battery, either before or after the round, so I can't speak to the accuracy of the claimed 36 hole battery performance. I can say that it happily completes an 18 hole round, when brand new. The Bluetooth performance on the cart is equally disappointing. It is advertised as a 50 meter range, but I am getting a minimum of 18 disconnects, using follow mode, during a round and it has never been greater than 8 paces away when I hear the "clunk" of the cart coming to a sudden halt. There hasn't appeared to be any correlation to terrain, my walking pace, or specific hole on my course, it's just pretty unreliable. Really makes me wonder about the accuracy of the websites claim of the cart being fully refurbished, or just a matter of cleaning it up and making sure the lights come on?
I reached out to customer service the day I unpacked the cart, due to the inability of the app(s) to communicate with the battery and the rep was ultra responsive on a Saturday afternoon! Unfortunately, once we ran through the troubleshooting flow chart and my problem got handed off to a product expert, all I've heard is crickets.
Without knowing where the Bluetooth antenna(s) are located, it's a bit difficult to try and minimize interference, as everything is talking to each other. I have tried moving my phone to opposite sides of my bag, turning off the Bluetooth, turning off the WiFi, but haven't tried completely turning off the phone. My home situation makes than less than ideal.

Our Customer Care team has been investigating this and has already identified that the handset was miscoded. A replacement handset has been arranged and is ready to be dispatched to you. We’ve also advised on the correct version of the app for your specific battery type, and once you’ve had a chance to try that, we’ll proceed with a replacement battery if the connection still doesn’t establish properly.

I've had my refurbished Q Follow about a week and have used it a few times already. My legs definitely appreciate not having to push my old regular pushcart up hills. At the beginning I kind of struggled with every little mechanical detail, but am OK now. The cart pulls to the left, although I keep it straight by hand. I can't get the follow feature to work at all. I can't figure out how to fix these problems. I would appreciate a follow-up from one of your technicians. Thank you. The Q Follow is a wonderful golf caddy. I don’t have much to compare to except all my buddy’s carts. Theirs are always falling over which I can proudly say for the first ten rounds my Stewart Caddy hasn’t.
I guess I have two areas of concern. First is the “very small” top and bottom parts where you’re supposed to place your bag . Way too small of an areas. Need some help in those two areas. That bottom lip has to be and inch and a half deep. Has to be a bigger lip for bags to rest on. Secondly, my cart is squeaking like it needs oil or some sort of lubricant on the back left wheel. Guys are calling me “Squeaky” now. Again this cart is refurbished and I’ve used it for ten 18 hole rounds. Cart is a little jumpy and touchy but solid and heavy build.

This has been a game changer for me! I normally walk and carry my bag, having the Q Follow takes the stress out of carrying and allows me to focus on the next shot.
It would be nice if there was some regen braking when going down hills to keep the cart at the same speed. Additionally, having a bit more adaptive to bag cradle would be a significant improvement.
Regardless, the cart is awesome and I highly recommend.
