These Ex-Demo carts have been used as demonstration models as part of marketing campaigns, however they have since been fully serviced and tested to production standards by our skilled engineers, and are in a very good general condition overall.

Carts in our 'Approved Refurbished' store are supplied with a minimum 12-month warranty.
I purchased the Vertex approved refurbished and could not be happier. The machine was near perfect condition. I will start my review with areas that are not so good, really just average. Then finish with the positives. I play Lancaster Country Club in SC which is a hilly course. Contrary to reviews on Youtube, this cart does not track in a straight line for long on side slopes. It still performs much better than other carts, however you will need to make MINOR adjustments with the remote on side slopes. The wheel grip is about average on damp grass (think morning dew). Hopefully HedgeHog tires will be available for Vertex soon :) not sure. My only real concern is the durability of the handle. This maybe unfounded as I have just got the cart and played 2 rounds with it. I had no problems, however it is extremely flexible to the point it makes me question long term durability of the handle. The rest of the cart is rock solid and well constructed. That is my only negative for this cart. Now onto the good stuff. This is a GREAT cart for hilly courses. It handles uphills with ease and has very little slowing uphill. Down hill performance and stability is second to none. It EASILY handled extremely steep downhill par 3 that I don't even like to walk down. The cart was stable and held speed with ease. The base is a perfect fit for my Ping DLX cart bag. This cart is extremely stable and easy to turn even from a complete stop. Overall I don't think you could find a better cart for hilly courses. I really wanted the Q follow, however it is a bit out of my price range so I purchased the Vertex. This was a good purchase and the perfect fit for the hilly courses I play. I hope this review helps. This is a great cart, glad I made the purchase. Also try the cooler accessory, it is a perfect fit and a great addition to my cary.

No need to worry about the handle: it needs to be flexible to absorb the shocks from the ground, and of course you rarely need to hold it as it's a remote control cart.

I’m very impressed with vertx remote the response time is amazing up hills or down hills and on side hills it works perfectly, love all the features and it looks like the bat mobile lol 10out of 10 for sure … I purchased a demo / refurbished unit and there’s a lot more wear on the unit than I expected scratches a small nicks , that being said what is more disappointing is that after I purchased the vertx it has dropped its price twice in ten days of purchase from $1,549 to $1,149 USD not happy !!!
