very impressive customer service. I am totally surprised by how responsive the team has been. All of my questions and emails have been answered immediately to my satisfaction. The process of sending the cart back-and-forth with seamless. Stewart was very generous in offering free shipping. The cart is on its way back. They did send me a video of the cart functioning properly. Could not be more satisfied with the whole process.
