Every Q Follow, X9 Follow, and X10 Follow is supplied with a compact handset which is individually coded to each trolley (think of it as a car key). Opt for a spare handset and you can leave one in your golf bag or at the club.
If you are an existing owner and have lost your handset, please enter your serial number in the box above. If you think you have a fault please contact our service department as we may be able to help diagnose the issue before you purchase a replacement.
If you are ordering a spare handset to go with a brand new order for an X9 and X10 Follow golf trolley, please just enter 'NEW' in the box above.
Replacement handsets are supplied with a silicon skin which must be used at all times.
