Great product and great customer service… needs new delivery policy

Quick delivery, but please, please stop requiring an adult signature to leave the package. I missed opportunities to use the replacement parts because I wasn’t home at the moment the delivery truck was there. You have to change that policy.

Thank you for sending the new tires. Not to be a wet blanket. But I am going to monitor the wear on these tires and share the pictures of them with you. I don't believe this is an isolated event where the tires wear down so quickly as opposed to similar tires for other brands like MCI.
