Premier Service

Sent my Q Follow back for service after 2 years of use. Aside from the normal items of service that are included in the package I also opted for new front and rear wheels. Everything was great and I am back to enjoying playing golf with my Stewie

Great product that Q Follow owners must have as a spare.
I sent my Q Follow for premier service after 2 yrs of use and ordered the product as spare for future use since it is an easy to install.
New wheels are great. I highly recommend it.

Great product and great customer service… needs new delivery policy

Quick delivery, but please, please stop requiring an adult signature to leave the package. I missed opportunities to use the replacement parts because I wasn’t home at the moment the delivery truck was there. You have to change that policy.
