Compatible with X Series handsets V6.0 or newer.
NOTE:
Your handset battery will come pre fitted to the back of a handset. All you will need to do is attach the white connector to the two prongs on the PCB. Making sure that the two silver dots on the white connector are facing you.
Putting it the other way will damage the battery and your handset.
No solution after battery replacement in q follow handset
Getting the replacement battery was a normal process, from there it all went bad. After I put the battery in, the handset still not not last more than 9 holes, despite being charged fully. It took 5 straight days to be run around with no progress, on Friday, they finally asked me to send it in for service. Now between the service cost and shipping both ways I could have bought a new handset… if one was available…to top it off I don’t expect to get it back, maybe in three weeks round trip, no loaners, no spares I can buy, terrible slow online support, and and a really long turnaround.

The recommended part that I purchased corrected the problem I was having with the connection between my handset and the cart. Everything was working great. Until I lost the hands at the very first time I used it. My bad. Stewert golf did a great job!

Handset Battery Review
No issues with the battery/handset. What was a big issue for me was that they used UPS and required a signature. The signature requirement was a real problem for me - we kept missing each other, stayed home one full day waiting for it and it didn’t come. Please give an option of a signature or not. It’s a battery - doesn’t need a signature.
