Every Q Follow, X9 Follow, and X10 Follow is supplied with a compact handset which is individually coded to each trolley (think of it as a car key). Opt for a spare handset and you can leave one in your golf bag or at the club.

Replacement handsets are supplied with a silicon skin which must be used at all times.
I’ve got a 2019 model XX Follow. I damaged the original handset so I replaced it. The new handset makes my trolley react so much smoother!
