X Series Main Support

Impressed with a mere 3 GBP courier delivery cost. Though I ordered mid afternoon, it was here next morning. Video wad good guide thanks. Though I didnt need to cut the zip ties, I just threaded the bar off and on again through them. One thing which did catch me out - and video is maybe not so clear on this - is that there is a secondary brace which sits inside the legs of the main support (which is where the leg catches from the support click onto when the unit is raised into place ready for your bag). This can be awkward to line up unless you have the unit raised up on a workbench or table. I tried sitting in the garden with a beer and a packet of cigs whilst doing mine, and it took 20 mins longer due to those catches insisting on moving themselves under the unit casing just as you were about to fit the centre rod through. Was satisfying to do this kind of job as a DIY project and it is reasonably straightforward (hopefully never again though!)

You should now review it and amend the action after removal of all the bolts.
The two large bushes are unique to each side and hold a captive nut.
This part was missed out and caused me a problem as the nuts h.ad fallen out on the floor on removal.
Glue the nuts in and show left/right on the bushes,then its straightforward.

Item arrived quickly ,,I had bought a handle a few months ago and noticed it came without the clamping blocks to hold it to the main support. So when the main support arrived I thought the clamping blocks, that screw down into main support would be included , but again No!
Also shame the top of the main support isn't padded, like on powakaddy (come on Stewart don't be out done) as I find it cuts into the top of tour bags

Part arrived very quickly but I found it slightly trickier to fit than the video but got there in the end....eventually!
