My Trolley came with a faulty battery. Used the Trolley on consecutive mornings. It died at the First Tee. I recharged the unit and tried again the next morning. It died at the Third Green. My playing partner who also owns a Stewart Trolley swapped Batteries with me. My Trolley performed as it should. I determined a Faulty battery. In my opinion Stewart Customer Service could be improved. I went back and forth with “Stewie” the Customer Service virtual assistant. Received a new battery and sent the faulty battery back. I have since used the Trolley on several occasions and it is performing fine.

Research does not tell the whole story. While Stewart has lots of great reviews on YouTube the actual customer experience is less than. My VERTX extended battery will not charge past 63% after 2 days charging. After 4 hours the charge drops to 43%, the Extended Life Battery is NOT as advertised and will not hold charge through 2 rounds. Most reviews state Stewart Batteries are terrible. I have to agree. Cart is great but battery is TERRIBLE.

The new battery died on it's first use leaving me stranded. It had a full over night charge as well as the remote.

My battery stopped working, second time. I was told when it was replaced the last time, I would have a warranty on the battery. Then when it stops working again, I am told only the original warranty timeline works, so I had to buy a new one.
The above is understandable though, but why it takes so many weeks to get done is not. On the whole, I wish I never bought a Stewart Golf Cart.
