This USB power cable is designed for use when charging VERTX Remote, Q & X Series handsets.
Having a USB power cable means you can charge your handset anywhere you find a USB port.
The USB power cable supplied is theONLYone that can be used to safely charge your handset: if any other power cable is used the handset may be damaged and any subsequent repair will NOT be covered by warranty.
Remember to charge your handset fully before use and then again after each round: once the charging cycle is complete the indicator light on the handset will glow green and you can disconnect the handset from the USB power cable.
sixteen days after ordered have not received product. Stewart could not answer why the delay and sent me a delivery date, and again delayed. cannot evaluate a product i have not received horrible service

Helped when I needed it most
I recently moved but my movers lost the charging cable for the remote control. I couldn't find a new one from the US so reached out to the Stewart team to explain my situation; essentially, the cart is a paperweight if I can't control it. They heard my challenge and quickly responded with a new cable for the remote. Thank you, Ellie, for hearing my challenge and moving on it as fast as you did!

Crazy shipping charges and having to sign for a cord is ridiculous
Needed a replacement cord. Shipping charge for this was ridiculously expensive. Then it was sent in a way that the package needed to be signed for. A $3000 machine that has this level of service is not what I expected.
Hi Donald, thank you for leaving a review and for your honesty. We use only premium couriers such as UPS for all of our deliveries to ensure they are trackable and that customers receive notifications of reliable delivery times.
Although we subsidise carriage charges we do need to charge some contribution and this does mean that smaller items do appear to have a disproportionate charge. The charge also covers the administration, packing and packing materials involved in sending items.
