I placed an order for the Vertx and completed the payment, but I still haven't received it. I requested delivery to my workplace, but UPS claimed there was an issue with the address—even though FedEx, Amazon, and USPS all deliver there without any problems. I even waited past my work hours to receive the package, only to see a notification on the UPS mobile app stating that delivery was attempted but no recipient was present, so they would try again. This happened repeatedly. Frustrated, I contacted Stewart Golf to request a cancellation, but they told me to simply return the item once it arrives. It’s incredibly frustrating; the representative could have just contacted UPS to handle the return, yet they made the process unnecessarily complicated. It is a high-profile product—often called the "Rolls-Royce of golf carts"—so it is disappointing to see such poor handling of the situation. I sent an email on Friday but still haven't received a reply. They really need to handle business in a more reliable manner. I will wait patiently to see when they respond.

First time out today on the course and had a great time playing 18 without pulling tugging pushing or getting a tight back with the extra requirements of a non motorized trolley. It’s not light but that comes with added stability and very good maneu

And it delivers. My MGI Zip was very good, but would tip over if it was hit by a moth. The Vertx is quiet on the grass but wheels rattle on cart paths or gravel. Keeps its direction well except on moderate sidehills, and feels like improved over my old X follow. Only minuses are, not as fast as the MGI, concern over breaking plastic body elements - which happened on the X Follow - and you need to start this moving to make a turn or spin in place: the wheels don't swivel, so just hitting a left or right it often doesn't move. Just get used to stopping it facing the next destination, then hit the "3" button to get it moving its fastest, and it will turn well from there. Easy to fold, lift, transport or store. Charges fast. 4 1/2 stars really.

It’s made of plastic !!!! The rear tires broke with the slightest bump . The vertices part of cart shakes because it’s plastic and it feels like it’ll break at the slightest bump . The remote doesn’t talk to the cart ! How else can you operate it . One can’t turn it with hand as the vertices section is plastic and it twists as you try to turn the cart manually . I fear it’ll break at any moment . It’s worth more that 2000 dollars ! What a junk !!!!

I purchased 2 Vertx. After 30 rounds one is DIES in the middle of the round on the course. Battery works fine, luckily because I own 2, I can prove without a doubt IT US A DEAD TROLLEY. After 10 emails and 2 weeks of sending photos and videos Stewart acknowledges it is a faulty cart. Instead of replacing it, they want me to pay $250 to ship it back to them and they will diagnose and advise me what the next step would be. I told them my next step is taking the $$$ loss and throwing it in the trash. Our club was evaluating Stewart’s to purchase them for member use. We have now decide to go with the MGI AT NAVIGATOR. I SUGGEST EVERYONE HERE SHOULD DO THE SAME.
