I had to send my X10 Follow back for repair because it was not working properly. I spoke to customer service. They sent me the box to ship it back. As soon as they received it, they fixed it and sent it back to me. Great communication great customer service. I was thrilled that they fixed it so quickly and returned it to me immediately. Their engineers figured out the problem and I’m back walking again..
