The handle is relatively flimsy, but my biggest issue is the upper bag mount. The strap is terrible and it's too short. Not a big deal, as this can easily by remedied. My biggest complaint is the mounting bracket for the bag isn't long enough to adequately hold the bag. As a result, bag always shifts to one side or the other when in use. I constantly have to reposition my bag during a round. The cart itself is great, which makes these shortfalls so annoying...it would be so simple to improve it. I don't want to hear that it's made for Stewart's Golf Bag. I like my bag (Sun Mountain C130), and I don't want to have to buy a new bag just to make this work right. This should work with virtually any bag. Very disappointing.
The nice thing is that it is very easy to replace. It's just disappointing that a cart that costs this much has parts that fail so easily. Not to mention, finding this part on Stewart Golf's website is not easy. i had to do a separate Google search to get to the appropriate link. i couldn't find a way to get to it from within Stewart's site itself.

Arm replacement
My arm fractured at the connection to the base. Contacted Support and they efficiently processed my replacement order under my warranty. I was surprised to get the entire assembly. I thought I would only get the broken part and that doing the replacement would be extensive. Getting everything together made the repair really easy. Though us “old timers” would rather have some schematics and instructions than just watching a You tube video. Support did a great job. Thank you.

Website is terrible for parts display
I needed a new upper assembly. But before I paid $190 and ordered it, I had to make sure it was the entire unit (from handle to main chassis). The website only shows one, "folded up" view of the item, and I had to wait until I could speak with a rep to make sure the part was the entire assembly (e.g. unfolded). Doesn't take much time, effort or money to display a couple different views of the items for sale on the website. The replacement part did work fine and was fairly easy to install once I located a video on YouTube. There were no instructions or pics sent with the part.
