Great to be able to replace the items you need and not the entire cart

Lacking a response

I am satisfied with the product but not with the lack of response to the email I sent regarding the fact that after replacing, the assembly still fails to lock. I asked for help or how to proceed in light of the inability to use my Q Follow in the present condition.

New Upper Assembly is Great, BUT ...

As other reviews state, the new upper assembly is WAY BETTER than the original part. Mine broke 2 months after the warranty and I had to pay for the new part. Sent the old one back anyway. Customer Service said NO to a warranty claim. BASED ON ALL OF THE REVIEWS IT IS CLEAR THE ORIGINAL PART BROKE OFTEN. Bummer that the company will not extend the warranty on a $2000 + cart. The part is just under $200.

We completely understand your disappointment that the original part failed shortly after the warranty period ended. Unfortunately, as the cart was outside its warranty, our Customer Care team was unable to approve the replacement as a warranty claim. Upgraded upper arm

Thank you for upgrading the upper arm support. My 4 year old handle cracked. The new replacement one is much stronger and was easy to replace. Customer service is always great.

Fixes the biggest deign flaw of the orifginal Q Follow.

This assembly fixes the most annoying design flaw of the older Q Follow carts- which is the upper bag strap and bag brace. This new design has a wide compression strap and anchors in the middle- not on the side, as with the original style. Any bag will now stay put and not shift side to side- now you don't need just a Stewart bag to fit correctly, this set up allows pretty much any bag to fit securly . It also somewhat solves the bag tilt issue by extending the bag brace outward/forward and raising the bag more towards the front of the cart, adding weight forward, where it's needed and making club access much better.
