Handset Service - $60 This includes: Inspection and test of all components on the handset including replacing the handset battery and membrane if required. If a replacement handset is required the cost of the service will be discounted from the price of a new handset.
Shipping It is your responsibility to send the handset in to us to be tested. Please include a printed version of your order confirmation inside the package.
Quick turnaround but I wasn’t sure if my handsets serviced or replaced. No complaints about that, it looks brand new and works great. The only complaint is that upon return it required a signature for delivery back to me which was somewhat inconvenient

Great customer service
I had a problem with my remote. The customer service team worked with me and followed up through the process. In the end my remote was fixed and I am very satisfied with the work.

Disappointed
As far as as the speed at which the Customer Service reacts to issues, I would give them a five star review. As far as overall experience with the quality of the unit that I bought and had the X 10 follow I would review it as a need to improve overall quality. I am basing that off of the new Cart that I now have which is less expensive and operates at a much higher quality rate. I will say that the Customer Service responding to these issues did a very good job and in fact, replaced one of the unit units that I had.
