First off, a HUGE 5 star bag when it comes to fitting perfectly with my Stewart electric cart. Bravo!
The price of this bag seems way too expensive outside of the fit to the cart. The not so good… The “cooler” pocket might hold 2 very small bottles of water out two cans of brew tops. The ice melts proceeds to leak everywhere. Bad placement of the cooler pocket. If you wet your towel for your round of golf, there really isn’t a good place to hang it without getting one side of the bad wet. Not much you can do with that which I understand.

We’re sorry to hear the cooler pocket didn’t meet expectations. We wouldn’t recommend putting loose ice or liquids directly into that compartment, as melted ice can leak during use. For best results, we’d suggest using ice packs instead, which will help keep drinks cool without the risk of water escaping into the bag.
We appreciate your feedback on the pocket layout and towel placement too, and we’ll certainly take this on board when reviewing future bag designs.
It seems to be ok so far. Definitely fits my Q trolley better than any other bag I’ve owned which is why I purchased it. However the holes for the clubs are set up very different than any other bag as well and it has been hard to get clubs in and out the way I’ve set it up. Drivers and woods in The back. I will keep trying different ways. The bag itself seems to be made very well and should last a long time

Everything I expected from Stewart and more. The umbrella slot can also be used to hold your favorite beverage! I own the Q Follow and would recommend that item too.

Ordered the new Q- follow via “US rep.via phone” with larger battery option, received standard battery. Tried calling immediately no response, Stewart no longer employs any customer service reps. In the USA Houston TX location. Followed all “pre-use” charging protocols, go to my course in South GA, extremely flat, trolley looses all power climbing slight incline to the range. Next report to my tee time, finish first hole, cross path to second tee box, my water bottle is “dumped from the trolley bottle holder “. Proceed down 2nd fairway in follow mode, trolley comes to a complete stop with out my knowledge as I advanced about 50 yards ahead of it, people waiting to tee off behind me, I was able to use remote to steer the trolley to me. Between the 5-6 holes on paved cart path my new Blue Tees range finder attached to the magnetic mount on the trolley fell off twice causing scratches on my range finder. After only 9 holes the battery level on my trolley was down to only 43% so my round was cut short as I didn’t have enough battery to play the back nine. Reported to rep when I was finally contacted about the battery “mix up”, she offered me the upgrade in battery however after my experience with the trolley in just 9 holes of play, comparing it to my 4 year old Kam Kaddie cart that I get 54 holes on a single charge on the same course, this extremely overpriced trolley is not worth the price. The vibration of the trolley off grass where the engineers chose to put the magnetic mount is the cause of my range finder vibrating off. THINK TWICE ABOUT BUYING this product oh the bag fits the their trolley great, very nice bag, cooler pouch a little on the small size.

Regarding the battery, we acknowledged the mix-up at dispatch and did offer a free upgraded battery to resolved this. We completely respect your decision to decline that option, but it’s worth noting that this upgrade would have addressed the concerns you experienced.
On the rangefinder mount, our integrated mounting plate does not contain a magnet. It is designed to work with the magnet already built into compatible rangefinders. The security of the rangefinder therefore depends on the strength of the rangefinder’s own magnet, rather than the caddie itself.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be when Follow mode doesn’t perform as expected during a round. Our support team would always welcome the opportunity to fully investigate and resolve any issues. We’re pleased to hear your feedback on the bag itself, and we’re sorry the overall experience led you to return the caddie.
