Handset Service - $60 This includes: Inspection and test of all components on the handset including replacing the handset battery and membrane if required. If a replacement handset is required the cost of the service will be discounted from the price of a new handset.
Shipping It is your responsibility to send the handset in to us to be tested. Please include a printed version of your order confirmation inside the package.
This was not the problem with my cart. However, Stewart golf did send me a shipping label to send the entire unit back. But, to pack the unit alone it cost me $100.

We’re a little unsure why you’ve mentioned extra costs, as your trolley is already being collected under warranty and we’ve provided a prepaid returns label, so there shouldn’t be any charge for sending it back to us. Once received, our team are also repairing it under warranty too.

Quick turnaround but I wasn’t sure if my handsets serviced or replaced. No complaints about that, it looks brand new and works great. The only complaint is that upon return it required a signature for delivery back to me which was somewhat inconvenient
