When I contacted the service dept. the response was on the same day. They gave me a price and shipped me a box once I paid in advance. The box fit my X10 perfectly and packing instructions were included. I printed the UPS shipping slip and dropped it off for delivery. Will let you know how it works when I get it back.

X10 follow Repaired
I had to send my X10 Follow back for repair because it was not working properly. I spoke to customer service. They sent me the box to ship it back. As soon as they received it, they fixed it and sent it back to me. Great communication great customer service. I was thrilled that they fixed it so quickly and returned it to me immediately. Their engineers figured out the problem and I’m back walking again..
