I am writing to ask someone to contact me regarding multiple emails that I have sent (some of which were responded to) to you about a service issue with my Trolley.
Starting on 11/16 I have been corresponding with your company. At first, I was encouraged that my issues resolution would be mutually agreed upon.
Starting on 11/20 I no longer felt that way. Starting on 11/20 (and 11/23) I have sent two emails that have gone unanswered and one request for call back (11/24) that has not been responded to.
I understand that this is a Holiday week, but I cannot believe that this level of service is what you would expect from your firm. Please advise.

A member of our team has been trying to contact you by phone to discuss your case personally, but each attempt has gone through to voicemail. To make sure we can assist you as quickly as possible, we have also sent you an email so we can arrange for your trolley to be returned to us for a full inspection and repair free of charge.

Great product.
Decided to replace the wheel arches when I sent my Q Follow for premier service after 2 yrs of use.
Although these are for aesthetics and good look of the trolley, it actually helps avoid water spatter when playing in unavoidable wet fairways.
Product is brittle and can easily break if incorrectly handled but can be improved.I suggest it be made with a more rigid material that can withstand unintended handling during loading/unloading into a vehicle or during cleaning.

BETTER DESIGN
The fenders failed on my new cart, and to their credit, Stewart sent me a new set. I’m very grateful for the support. I haven’t installed the new fenders yet because I believe the cart is easier to clean without them. Also the attachment tab with the hole in it is made out of plastic, and in my opinion it should be made out of metal. In fact I believe that offering a plate to install in place of the fenders would be a great idea. Lastly, you might consider sending new screws with the fenders just in case your customer throws the old ones away…lol
