Packages In response to customer demand, Stewart Golf have introduced a number of service packages to allow you to maintain Stewart Golf Machines.
Fault Diagnosis -
The cart will be assessed by our service team and a report of the diagnosis provided together with a quote for work needed which will include parts and labour.
The diagnosis does not include any cleaning of the cart.
Please note that this is for fault finding and repair only; this is not a service.
If a full service/valet is required, please book a Premier Service.
Premier Service - including valet
This includes inspection of: chassis; rear wheels; handle; main support; rear cover; front cover; motors (including motor trim balancing) and front wheels; handset and the electronics system.
Drive dog & drive mould inspection. The motors will be stripped down and rebuilt and all carbon dust removed, brushes will be inspected.
In addition, the service will include: Handset service including; battery; top & bottom mouldings; switch membrane; belt clip replacement and silicone skin.
Also included is a battery and charger health check. This will include Inspection of the battery and charger plus full discharge and recharge to test battery capacity and readings.
This service is only available for Lithium batteries and chargers.
Valet clean - All removable covers will be cleaned and polished, the cart will be dismantled and each piece inspected, the chassis will be cleaned and reassembled and both front and rear wheels cleaned and refitted.
Please return both your handset and battery (Lithium only) with the cart.
After/during all of our services, we will contact you to advise on the condition of your product and advise if we recommend any further parts to be replaced (at additional cost). These will not incur labour cost whilst we have your product at our service centre. You will also receive a full report (Service Check List) of what has been checked and/or replaced, parts used and any recommendations, along with a short video showing your trolley working as it should.
Please note we are no longer able to provide service options for X1 - X7, or F1 models.
Quick, easy, and they even send a video of your trolley being test driven in the workshop parking lot. Sent, maintained, returned all in 10 days time! Great service. If you have had your X-10 for over a year, do this now.
