Our flagship model, the Q Follow, takes the Stewart Golf heritage of award-wining innovation and elevates it again with a next-generation compact Follow and Remote golf caddie.
These 'Approved Refurbished' carts may have seen some use out on the golf course or been used as demonstration models, however they have since been fully serviced and tested to production standards by our skilled engineers, and are in a very good general condition overall.
We have very limited stock of 'Approved Refurbished' carts, and stock numbers will be updated as/when more carts have been refurbished.
Our 'Approved Refurbished' carts are supplied with a minimum 12-month warranty.
I’ve been very satisfied with my Q-Follow electric cart overall. It’s a well-designed, high-quality product that’s made a real difference in my golf experience. I did run into a small issue initially, but Stewart Golf’s customer service was outstanding—they resolved it quickly and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my cart. Their support really gave me confidence in the brand. Since then, the Q-Follow has performed flawlessly. Highly recommended!
That's great: thankyou!
This is my second Q Follow - yes, they are that good. Did not want to walk in Canada, and have to ride in Arizona and Indian Wells.
I have discovered a few things:
1. Sometimes the cart will stop following. Make sure you press the green button within 3' of the cart, and if all else fails, reboot the Bluetooth, or reboot the whole cart and handset. My previous cart required a second handset as the first one was glitchy.
2. If you use the glide stop (orange button), and then start walking again, the automatic braking on a downhill does not work well. Stewart has crashed into my legs on several occasions. Just press the red button after the cart has stopped, and then once you press the green button to activate follow, the auto braking is normal.
3. Similar to 2. above, if you use glide stop and then start steering the cart with the right and left buttons, the arc of steering is VERY slow. Again, just press the red button after the cart has stopped, and then once you press the green button to activate follow, the normal tight steering arc is reactivated.
4. Batteries need a few discharges and recharges to get to maximum efficiency. Highly recommend getting the higher capacity battery.
5. Stewart USA Customer Service ultimately came through, but service was spotty, erratic, and slow. Please can we have a live agent or two to talk to??
Thanks for the great review and we will take on board all your points.
The handle should be stiffer and a downhill braking function should be added, it has the best follow functionality of any cart I’ve used.
Great idea in theory but the "follow" tech and blue tooth connection is not ready for prime time, very unreliable. Also it isn't good on hills ( up, down or side). Hills are what I bought this for, I can use a push cart on flat courses. Also the 36 hole battery has died twice after only 5 or 6 holes. You can go manual but that battery weight makes getting back to the clubhouse a workout. On the plus side, very compact and fits nicely in the trunk. Overall I recommend waiting for V2.0.
I have wanted a follow trolley for about 2 years. I finally bit the bullet and went with the Stewart after watching tons of videos. I finally got to take it out yesterday and it was a far better experience than I would have imagined. This was my first ever round that I walked 18 holes. I have psoriatic arthritis and a fractured vertebrae so carrying was never an option, and I figured not having to push or pull a cart would take even more stress off my body. Nothing better than getting healthier playing the best game on earth. If you are trying to decide if you need to pay extra to have the follow feature instead of just the remote I say buy the follow if its in your budget. Having the availability to operate by remote and the follow is awesome. The follow feature is so freeing and really lets you enjoy the environment not having to pay attention to steering and yes the cart followed me perfectly. I have a vessel lux cart bag full of clubs and plenty of other things and it trollied perfectly on the Stewart. No tips no bag falling off, literally no issues at all. My goal is to get 3 rounds out of my 6-8 rounds a week on the Stewart which should help me hit my fitness goals, and help me enjoy the game a little more.
Thank you for your review, Nathan. We're delighted to hear that you're loving your new Q Follow! Kind regards
