WHEN IS THE GOLDEN BALL EVENT LIVE?

Our Golden Ball event will begin on June 16th and will end once the final golden ball has been claimed. 

HOW DOES THE GOLDEN BALL EVENT WORK?

A Golden Ball entitles the recipient to a FULL REFUND on their caddie order. If you are lucky enough to find a Golden Ball inside your new caddie, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase, meaning you'll be getting your brand-new caddie completely free!


Specially marked Golden Balls will be randomly placed inside product boxes from June 16th onwards, ready to be despatched. Serial numbers for these caddies will be recorded internally, to ensure validity of claims. 


There will also be a storewide 15% OFF sale, so even if you don't happen to find a Golden Ball, you'll still get to enjoy incredible savings on your order!


Only purchases made from (and including) Friday June 16th 2023 are eligible, until the sale event closes (determined by the final ball being found). 

HOW MANY GOLDEN BALLS ARE AVAILABLE?

There will be a total of FOUR Golden Balls available for each location (4x UK, 4x USA, 4x ROW).

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE GOLDEN BALL EVENT?

All new electric and push carts are INCLUDED in the Golden Ball event. This includes; Q Follow, VERTX Remote, X10 Follow, X10 Signature and R1-S Push.


Approved Refurbished caddies, accessories, golf bags and spares are NOT INCLUDED in the Golden Ball event. 

I'VE FOUND A GOLDEN BALL - WHAT DO I DO NOW?

If you're lucky enough to find one of our specially marked Golden Balls inside your caddie, here are the steps to follow:


1. Take a photo of you, your brand-new caddie, and your Golden Ball. This can either be a 'selfie', or ask someone to take the photo for you.

2. Send your photo to sales@stewartgolf.com along with your full name and order number. If you have purchased an electric caddie, please also send us your caddie's serial number (this can be found on the outside of the box). 

3. Once we have received your email, we will verify the Golden Ball with our pre-recorded list. Once confirmed, we will contact you directly to arrange your refund.

4. Head to the course with your new caddie and play your best game, knowing your new Dream Machine hasn't cost you a penny!
