HOW DOES THE 90-DAY TRIAL WORK?
1. Simply order any new electric cart. Your trial begins when your cart arrives. (Please note that the 90-day trial is not available on Approved Refurbished carts.
2. Take it to the course and have the round of your life.
3. Keep enjoying golf and tell your friends about your new Stewart cart. If for any reason it’s not quite working out for you, simply contact us within 90 days and we’ll arrange for you to drop it off at a national carrier's local office.
DO I NEED TO KEEP THE PACKAGING?
HOW DO PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS WORK?
Our 90-day trial is as simple as it sounds. When you order, we will take payment using the method you choose at checkout. In the unlikely event you would like to return the cart, you will be refunded the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method when the cart arrives at our Customer Care Center. You will not be charged for normal wear and tear caused by use of the cart during the 90-day period but we reserve the right to deduct from your refund the cost of repairing any damage caused by you outside normal wear and tear.
AM I USING A CART WHICH HAS BEEN USED AND RETURNED BEFORE?
No, we only send out brand-new carts. Any cart which is returned receives a 20-point check from our technicians and is then resold in our Approved Refurbished range.
AM I COVERED IN CASE OF DAMAGE?
