R Series Handle Spline Set

The wearing away of the spines really reduced the manoeuvrability of the trolley and it is fantastic to be able to buy a small component to make the trolley almost ' as new '.
The accompanying video made the replacement easy and I value your company policy of readily providing replacement parts

Easy to replace and fix. Like fault finding video and video to repair.
However could the design be better to avoid this problem

Pushed my r1 through some rough whilst looking for my ball. Heart sank when I heard a snapping sound and the handle went floppy - it wouldn't stay in position no matter how tightly I turned the knob. Was very relieved to discover a fix was available. It's delivered quickly and is very easy to replace broken splines. I must admit I am very nervous about it happening again and the very fact that you can buy replacement parts for this break make me think why on earth not just use non breakable metal head and cogs instead?? Anyway, great product and great trolley

Was disappointed to find a fault with my R1 push, but once I identified the fault these replacement spline set did the trick. Easy to fit an my trolley is back and running. Item appears to have slight modification and they appear slightly more robust.
